FAQ’s
Can you travel to my destination or home for my appointment?
Yes we can travel to your destination. There is a minimum of a $50 travel fee for appointments within 15 miles of our studio. Anything outside of 15 miles is subject to a mileage fee as well. Any valet fee's can be charged to the room or added to your invoice. For weddings or event of 4 of more people please contact us for specific quotes as there is a discount.
Can my flower girl join in on the fun?
Absolutely!! if your flower girl would like to get he hair done we will do it! The cost is $75
Do you offer refunds?
no. But credits may be offered
Can you work with extension's?
Yes, we can work with extensions such as clip-ins, halos or ponytails. They are subject to a $25 fee to be paid directly to the artist day of.
Will you work on a holiday or before 8am?
Absolutely! There is a $50 fee for both early morning and holiday appointments. This fee is subject per artist and will be added to your invoice
What is your cancellation & late policy
Communication is key. Please give us 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule.. There is a $20 late fee for clients that are more than 20 minutes.
